May be the orphan is poor and helpless before ISLAM , but the situation turns far different aftet this Noble Religion. ALLAH the most Beneficient the most Merciful is the One Who has decreed that upon orphans but never forgot them, but this is a trial to other Muslims, rich or not. What they gonna do to help these helpless cute creatures and how they goanna deal with them.

See how ALLAH has kept their rights and saved from being lost. Read this noble verse in the noble Quran.

Chapter 4

(4/2): "And give to the orphans their properties and do not substitute the defective [of your own] for the

good [of theirs]. And do not consume their properties into your own. Indeed, that is ever a great sin".

(4/6): "And test the orphans [in their abilities] until they reach marriageable age. Then if you perceive in them

sound judgement, release their property to them. And do not consume it excessively and quickly,

[anticipating] that they will grow up. And whoever, [when acting as guardian], is self-sufficient should

refrain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor - let him take according to what is acceptable. Then when

you release their property to them, bring witnesses upon them. And sufficient is Allah as Accountant".

(4/8): "And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the [time of] division, then provide

for them [something] out of the estate and speak to them words of appropriate kindness".

(4/10): "Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire.

And they will be burned in a Blaze".

(4/36): "Worship Allah and associate nothing with Him, and to parents do good, and to relatives, orphans, the

needy, the near neighbor, the neighbor farther away, the companion at your side, the traveler, and those

whom your right hands possess. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are self-deluding and boastful".

Chapter 6

(6/152): "And do not approach the orphan's property except in a way that is best until he reaches maturity. And

give full measure and weight in justice. We do not charge any soul except [with that within] its capacity.

And when you testify, be just, even if [it concerns] a near relative. And the covenant of Allah fulfill. This

has He instructed you that you may remember".

Chapter 17

(17/34): "And do not approach the property of an orphan, except in the way that is best, until he reaches

maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one

             will be] questioned".

Chapter 18

(18/82): "And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and there was beneath it a treasure for

them, and their father had been righteous. So your Lord intended that they reach maturity and extract

their treasure, as a mercy from your Lord. And I did it not of my own accord. That is the interpretation of

that about which you could not have patience".

Chapter 76

(76/8): "And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan,

            and the captive".

Chapter 89

(89/17): "No! But you do not honor the orphan".

Chapter 93

(93/6): "Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?".

(93/9): "So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]".

Dear reader, can you ever believe that prophet Muhamed pbuh himself was an orphan?? The lover of ALLAH & the man was chosen to work as a saviour to all mankind? Yes he was and was raised up by his grandpa then his uncle. So no wonder to read all these verses in the Noble Quran calling us to love, be kind, help, save, protect and be just with the orphans and keep all their rights in an honest hand till they became adult and be able to look after themselves. Specially female orphans who were mentioned much in Chapter 4.
